It's a planetary unit for an Ford/Mazda automatic transmission. Yours is missing the sprag(brass ring) on the triangular plate side. In your picture #2, you need to count the internal teeth. If 24 teeth, it fits a 4F27E transmission, and if there are 25 teeth it fits an FRN5 transmission. Industry #138583A for the 4F27E and #138583C for the FNR5.
