This shock is from a street-legal Suzuki DR350SE or DR250SE most likely 1994-1997. Off-road (dirt) models have an aluminum lower clevis with damping adjuster screw, but yours has the steel lower clevis without adjuster, so it came from a street model. '98-'99 SE models got the "dirt" rear shock. The shock will fit all DR350 and DR250 from 1990-1999, but will be a direct replacement for the street-legal bikes 1994-1997.
