Looks like a sterling engine/generator flywheel. Used to make small amounts of electricity with a little flame

Reason: Thanks for your answer, but after looking into it, those flywheels look pretty small and this is stainless steel with a 6" diameter and 7.8lbs. Do you think it could be something else?
