this was custom made to fit a particular turbo vehicle, it is merely part of a vband universal clamp welded to exhaust pipe and a flex pipe to reduce vibration stress from muffler to turbo and manifold, it can pretty much fit or be modified to fit any application that uses that pipe size reference pic to give an idea what they were trying to make
