This is used to expand the end of a tube into a tube sheet. You use more tourque to make a tighter seal and less tourque for a lighter seal. I used to rebuild condensers. We used these all the time. We called them tube expanders. I dont remember any specific brands though.

Thanks for your opinion. Are you able to find a threaded one like this? I'm trying to accept your opinion, but I can't find any "tube expanders" that look like this one. Can you find one online somewhere?
